Move naturally.
Camera-based motion tracking turns a visitor’s gestures into the input for the experience.

The apparel comes alive.

For an On running event in Boston, we created an interactive installation that translated human movement into digital apparel on screen, in real time.
A jacket, shorts, and running shoes form an invisible runner. Visitors see their own movements reflected in the apparel, becoming part of the brand experience.
Motion-capture demonstrations, digital production studies, and collection references carried over from the original concept presentation.
The starting point: let people bring On apparel to life through their own movements. The body disappears. The product becomes the experience.
A visitor steps in front of a large-format screen. Camera-based tracking captures their movement, while floating digital apparel mirrors the person in real time.
No visible body or face. Jackets, shorts, and shoes carry the movement, putting the collection at the center of the interaction.
The original pitch explored a dark setting. The final visual direction introduced an open-sky environment.

A floating outfit carries the human movement, with no visible face or mannequin.
Unreal Engine 5 brings motion, digital apparel, lighting, and the environment together on screen.
Digital apparel. Real movement.
An open sky built for the run.

Floating apparel, product studies, and motion experiments from the original presentation. These concept explorations informed the visual direction; they are not footage of the final installation.

The system tracks a participant’s movement and translates it into motion data for a digital character.
Motion data drives the digital look. Unreal Engine 5 renders the apparel, lighting, and environment in real time.
Participants see their movements reflected on screen, using their own bodies to interact with the product.
We already help bring Dispatch to life through graphics. Now, imagine taking that relationship off the screen and into the room: a physical experience where fans move and your characters move with them.
You move.
A real person in the capture area
MECHA MANThey move with you.
The selected hero mirrors the visitorInstallation concept: a visitor in front of a vertical 100-inch display, with camera-based tracking driving an approved Dispatch character. The supplied Mecha Man image is shown unchanged as a screen reference, not a live animation demo.

A vertical 100-inch display creates a shared stage. Visitors step into the camera’s view and become part of the scene.
Mecha Man and selected Dispatch characters mirror visitors’ movements. A wave, a pose, a dance — a direct connection between fans and the cast.
A playful focal point for a convention booth, fan event, or studio activation: easy to understand, fun to try, and made to watch together.
We would build the character experience around your approved models, rigs, and animation direction — preserving the original designs and the personality of each hero.
